Kyle J. Hammond

With over 14 years of experience in human services, Kyle has successfully launched and managed a diverse range of Medicaid and grant funded programs, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations all while maintaining a strong emphasis on advancing person-centered thinking and practices.  His expertise spans across a variety of populations and age groups, including developmentally delayed infants and toddlers, trauma-impacted youth, and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. 

Kyle is driven by a deep passion for creating programs that bring lasting, positive change to individuals and communities, while dismantling the barriers that prevent people from accessing these services. He believes that every person deserves the chance to experience life in its fullest—both the highs and the lows—because it’s through those experiences that growth and transformation happen.

Kate Veeder, LCSW

Kate has been deeply involved in Colorado’s Intellectual and Developmental Disability (IDD) system since 2008. Over the years, she has had the privilege of managing a variety of programs, ranging from day services to employment initiatives, as well as respite and residential support and serve in many positions including Direct Support Professional, Program Director, Host Home Provider, Therapist, Clinical Director, Board President, and Executive Director of Organizational Strategy. Kate is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) whose work has always been driven by a passion for making a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals and families impacted by various disabilities, to help fill gaps in services, and to create innovative person-centered supports.
